Dr. James Harris completed his undergraduate degree in animal sciences at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He also obtained his veterinary degree at the University of Illinois. He has a special interest in surgery and ultrasound.

Outside of work, some of Dr. Harris’ interests include playing and listening to music as well as working on cars. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and their 3 dogs: a black lab named Jeff, a French Bulldog named Frances, and a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Stu.
